When the build fails, it would be interesting to attach the .log file and the
console.txt. Even though they may not be easy to read, they'll help people
figuring out errors.
For example, in the .log one can know what causes a plugin to not be resolved or
if some files are missing, and the console.txt (the capture of all the output of
ant) can says if files have been fetched.

The captured build console output (i.e. the console.txt) may be in the ~5 mb 
size.  It would be better to send an http link to this file.
