The software updates wizard is missing mnemonics for its buttons.
All wizard buttons and other controls should have mnemonics.

This is an issue for keyboard accessibility.

Compare with other wizards in the environment.

No longer applicable. The R1.0 update support is withdrawn in 2.0.
