eclipse.exe should respond to requests for command line help.

Flags that eclipse.exe should respond to are:
-?
/?
-help
--help
-h
(others?)

When eclipse.exe sees one of these, it should print out to the console the usage
message and exit.  The usage message should include the accepted arguments and
ordering information.
