Steps to recreate the problem: 

1. Open a new project and new file.
2. Type in the file editor an Hebrew word then push on space bar and then type 
an English word.
3. Right click on the left side of the editor, in the gray area, where the 
sentence was entered.
4. Select Add new Task...

Error result: In the popup dialog, the Description field doesn't contain the 
whole Hebrew word but only part of it.

Marking P4 as BIDI effort is due to start in 3.1

Upping to P2 as Eclipse is now BIDI enabled.

This is working in Eclipse 3.1 M5.
