This bug related to bug 32262.

IMarkerResolution2 is a new interface which allows a marker to expose it's 
image and description.  Marker related views (Problems, Task, Bookmarks) 
should make use of this new API to display these new pieces where possible 
(the description can be displayed as a hover).

The Quick fix has been reworked in 3.2 to support this
