Good news: it does continue and synchronize all repos it can reach. Bad news: the error reported doesn't let you know that this is what happened. This is an interesting, case and I would argue that this is less of an error case then an information. If the background job returned an info status then we could show a warning instead of throwing an exception. That would be good. To me this often happens, e.g. when working from home but didn't startup VPN. Yeah, it happens for me from home too. But I've been too lazy to fix it yet :) In addition, the error dialog has been improved. It is now more obvious that you can get details for an error/warning. Selecting an error and pressing "Show..." will show you the details of the status (the option is no longer hidden in the table's context menu) Other improvements are possible to show these errors.
