Summary: DBCS: Copy & Paste DBCS data from eclipse java editor to 
OPenOfifice.org Writer will not show properly.
Description: 
Steps to recreate problem:
1- Launch style text editor on platform, then call OPenOfifice.org Writer.
2- Have DBCS content file open by eclipse java editor. Select the text area and 
copy it, then paste it at style text editor prepared at step 1.
3- Verify all of pasted text.

         DBCS data will not show properly.

           It can show properly on gedit.

          DBCS data will show properly.
