The promotion-vm has not come back online since the outage on Sunday.  

I'm not sure someone will notice my comments here:

The promotion-vm is backed by the main storage that broke last weekend. It will need a bit more work to get it back online.

I was not able to get it back on its feet. We will need to wait for webmasters to have a deeper look at it, hopefully by then end of the week.

The VM is being brought back to life. You may see it turning on and off. Please hold on until we communicate with you that it's ready before starting using it again. Thanks.
