I noticed that several update sites on the download server of Eclipse are not accessible and build jobs are failing [1]. Here is a list that I know about at the moment:

https://download.eclipse.org/tracecompass/master/repository
https://download.eclipse.org/tracecompass.incubator/master/repository
https://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/remote/releases/3.0/remote-3.0.1

BTW, earlier today Eclipse CDT update sites had the same issue, but they are working again.

Could you please look into this issue?
