Hello,

My first name is "Gaël".

I had inputted correctly in https://accounts.eclipse.org, however in Bugzilla the ë was replaced by Unicode sequence as seen here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=574831#c8

As an attempt to update it, I tried to replace the ë by e, but it does not update bugzilla: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=575098

Is there a way to fix that ?

(Not that I care that much about the ë, but ë is ugly to the eyes :))

Bugzilla should correctly handle utf8 characters, so I"m not sure why it wasn't happy.  I've fixed your name.
