for what is worth your comment is now approved.
Unfortunately this is a process we still perform manually since there are tons of spam messages. But I do agree with you we should find a more agile way to deal with real comments like yours.

I guess there is no way to improve this if it's manual, and if it's not manual you will end up with spam...
