I cannot log in to websites with my password, I already requested new one, which doesn't work either. I always get this error message:

Sorry, there have been more than 5 failed login attempts for this account. It is temporarily blocked. Try again later or request a new password.

(I could log in to bugs.eclipse.org, but this is the only exception)

I removed you from the block list. 

Our database said that there were 19 failed attempts. You might want to consider a password reset!

Hello, the same is happening to me. I also reset the password but the error message is still show and don't allow me to log in

Your account was blocked for flooding. I saw 17 failed password attempts. 

I am wondering if you created a typo while resetting your password. I would recommend that you reset your password to ensure you are using the right password.
