In Eclipse 4.19RC2, org.eclipse.swt.browser.Edge#isForwardEnabled() returns the same result of isBackEnabled().

Edge#isForwardEnabled() checks the webView.get_CanGoBack(pval), but it should check webView.get_CanGoForward(pval).
