We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

We schedule reviews to conclude on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Your release date does not have to coincide with the review date (you can set the release date as necessary). The review must, however, conclude successfully before you can make the release official.

AFAIK you haven't asked for PMC approval for this release.
I'm pushing the release review date to April 7th.
Please modify your release date accordingly and remember to get PMC approval for the release materials.

Hello,
we have submitted the PMC approval request just today.
We are waiting for last minute third party contributions that will require some changes also in the IP log. 
If possible can the review be moved to the 21st?

We have already moved the release date to the 6th of May in order to have more time to complete all the release procedures with the proper documentation.
