Summary: DBCS: unable to input DBCS at Search String field

Steps to recreate problem:
1- Search > Search..., then Search dialog pop up
2- set IME on, type aaa, Enter to confirm at the Search String field
3-
 ....

Error: the confirmed DBCS will be disappeared

Expected Result: 
the confirmed DBCS should be shown at the field
Edit > Fnd/Replace... function at editor also has this error

This problem is also existed on windows 2003 cht/chs/korean Standard Edition
