We'll use this to track the graduation review.

According to the IP Policy, we require an IP Log review. These projects have all recently engaged in release reviews, so we'll leverage the corresponding IP Log reviews from that experience.

Further, since some of these projects are specification projects, the IP Policy requires a ballot of the specification committee. We'll use the specification committee ballot that is already underway for the 9.1 release review (for the specification projects on this list, we'll consider it a combined release/graduation review).

Finally, since this review was initiated via the EE4J PMC's mailing list, we'll consider that as the PMC approval.

We have everything in place to proceed. The review is scheduled to conclude on February 17/2021.

I declare this review successful. I'll update the status of these projects to reflect that they have passed into the regular/mature phase.

I believe that I've got all of the projects correctly configured as mature. I may have missed retiring a few mentor roles, but I'll run a query to find the stragglers later.
