as M3 is already out i assume this wil come with 2021-06 M1 correct?

I think we can do this for 2021-03 RC1. Note that 5.7.0 -> 5.7.1 is a service release and doesn't require new CQs, so as long as people are open to adopt and test this, we can go forward.
