We need to secure the trademark for the project name.

If the name of your project has been used by you or your company as a registered trademark, please notify trademarks@eclipse-foundation.org immediately. 

If the project name has been used publicly or if you hold any domain names associated with the project, you must transfer them to the Eclipse Foundation prior to the creation of the project. Please complete the Trademark and Domain Name Agreement [1] and send a scanned copy to trademarks@eclipse-foundation.org. Note that we need this agreement signed if the project name has been used publicly (thereby establishing prior use) regardless of whether or not the project name has been formally registered.

Following execution of the agreement, you will need to initiate the transfer of any registered trademarks and domain names to the Eclipse Foundation.

EMO Trademarks Team, please initiate a trademark search/transfer.

As far as we know, and could check, nobody registered the trademark TRACE4CPS and/or holds domain names associated with TRACE4CPS.

The Trademark name TRACE4CPS is approved.
