Currently the text says: 

ExportPackageSection_desc = Enumerate all the packages that this plug-in exposes to clients.  All other packages will be hidden from clients at all times.

The above is not true for non OSGi clients.

I suggest to change it to:

Exported packages can be accessed by other OSGi components.

I think that this is too small for a N&N entry.

If menu item or something like that has changed, I think N&N should be there. With just description changed, I think it is ok to not have it.
