Hi Shanda,
The staging preview has been updated according to google doc last modified at 6pm Jan 7. 

Now I am waiting for the new Belgian bylaws link for "new Bylaws".

I have replaced back the staging with this patch, Please check the staging: https://staging.eclipse.org/europe/aisbl_membership_faq.php

Please note that I have included the new url https://eclipse.org/org/documents/eclipse-foundation-be-bylaws-en.pdf but for now it shows 404 since it's not live yet.
