Hello,

I am an eclipse committer for SecoBlocks project, and when i tried to merge source code into eclipse git from our private git i get an invalid committer message for few commits that does not have my email(those are commits that get created when merging sources from one repo to another - no code) and it throws the following error

ERROR: commit 84b5c4d: email address aaaa@bbbb.com is not registered in your account, and you lack 'forge committer' permission.

So i would like to know how to enable this FORGE COMMITTER permission.

We restrict the use of the Forge Committer permission essentially to 'one off' events that warrant it.
