In 3.0M8 version, in searching dialog cannot input Chinese char(GBK). And when 
setting the font as "Courier New" for java editor, it cannot display Chinese 
char correctly. 

It in 2.1.3 version is all right.

The search problem seems to be a duplicate of bug 50657. Moving to platform-text
for consideration of the java editor problem.
