Hi Eclipse's Webmaster. Could I kindly request for a change in my Eclipse Foundation account's username (which is also my committer ID)? I would like to change it from "jamesraphael" to "jamestiotio". This is to ensure consistent branding across all of my online accounts. I believe "jamestiotio" is also more unique.

Currently we only support changing the generated UID in the following cases:

1) You legal name has changed (deed poll, marriage/divorce, etc.)
2) It forms an obscenity in your native language.
