Can we get a new version of ECF for platform projects consumption?

Here are the dates in New York times

M3 : Nov 20, 2020
Last candidate build: Nov 18, 6 PM

It would be helpful if we can get a build by Nov 18 so that we can iron out any problems

I don't believe there have been any changes since 3.14.18 so this is latest:
