I sent a request a couple of hours ago, but it has not shown up on mailing list archive. Is the mailing list moderated?

This is what I sent

Subject: PMC Approval requested for LSP4E 0.17.0
To: Technology PMC <technology-pmc@eclipse.org>

Hello PMC,

Can you please approve the release of https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.lsp4e/reviews/0.17.0-release-review

I have spent quite some time today updating readmes, changelog, contributing files, PMI pages, so please let me know if you think there is anything amiss.

Thanks,
Jonah

I'm not sure how frequently the archive is updated. I usually wait a few hours for it to appear.

It looks good. Please add the ECA requirement in the CONTRIBUTING file. Something along the following lines will work:

--
## Eclipse Contributor Agreement

Before your contribution can be accepted by the project team contributors must
electronically sign the Eclipse Contributor Agreement (ECA).

* http://www.eclipse.org/legal/ECA.php

Commits that are provided by non-committers must have a Signed-off-by field in
the footer indicating that the author is aware of the terms by which the
contribution has been provided to the project. The non-committer must
additionally have an Eclipse Foundation account and must have a signed Eclipse
Contributor Agreement (ECA) on file.

For more information, please see the Eclipse Committer Handbook:

Done. I also reviewed differences from https://www.eclipse.org/projects/tools/documentation.php?id=technology.lsp4e to fill in some other missing items (like bugzilla and mailing list links). https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/lsp4e/lsp4e/+/172219
