Last candidate build: Oct 28, 6 PM

It would be helpful if we can get a build by Oct 28 so that we can iron out any problems

I'll be releasing Orbit M2 before end-of-day today. Just merged JUnit 5.7 and will merge another unrelated single-bundle then I'll build.
