Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Eclipse with Chromium browser using below option:
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.DefaultType=chromium

2. In Java Editor open a JavaDoc contents using mouse-hover on any class/method/field.

3. Press F2 or do a mouse click on the JavaDoc

Expected result:
JavaDoc tooltip should receive focus.

Current behavior:
JavaDoc tooltip doesn't get the focus.

Chromium has been removed via bug 572010 .
