Add support for stand-alone RCP applications including native launchers built from within Eclipse or from Maven using the Tycho plug-in to run on macOS 11 (intel based CPU).

We rebuilt launchers as part of bug 565913 can you please check whether you are able to create rcp apps on macOS 11?

Yep.  Seems to be fixed now!  Launched our app on Big Sur, and everything seems to be working swimmingly.
