We need to secure the trademark for the project name.

Project lead(s), if the name of your project has been used by you or your company, and/or if there are any domain names associated with this project that must be transferred to the Eclipse Foundation, please complete the Trademark and Domain Name Transfer Agreement [1] and send a scanned copy to trademarks@eclipse-foundation.org.

EMO IP Team, please initiate a trademark search/transfer.

Once the Project team confirms either:  (a) no prior use of the name Eclipse EdiTDor either in a registered or unregistered capacity; or (b) completes the Trademark Transfer Agreement and Domain name transfer, and returns it to us, the project name Eclipse EdiTDor is approved.

a) Eclipse EdiTDor has not been used prior to this proposal
