Currently the "Workbench" button on the Welcome screen minimized the welcome page. I suggest to find a better name for this, as user I would not expect that clicking on "Workbench" minimized the view and put it into the toolbar.

Maybe it should just be called "Hide Welcome Screen"? Or "Minimize Welcome Screen"?
