The Eclipse Smarthome project has no committers or project leads. The project has been dormant for more than one year. It's time to terminate the project and archive its resources.

Smarthome's CI instance has been archived and retired.

The archive process has finished and a copy of the project can be found here:  https://archive.eclipse.org/archived_projects/smarthome.tgz

Code repos on Github have been moved into the eclipse-archived organization.
