The "Appearance color options" table in General > Editors >Text Editors preferences is flipped. 
Seems to be caused by Bug 558584.

Other tables in the preferences are not affected.

I can confirm this issue. On the second time opening the preferences only a thin line of garbage is visible in the list and nothing is selectable (see screenshot).
