I'm getting an error when I try to build git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/ptp/org.eclipse.ptp.git from master...

[ERROR] Failed to resolve target definition /home/gitroot/temp/org.eclipse.ptp/releng/org.eclipse.ptp.target/photon.target: Failed to load p2 metadata repository from location https://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/builds/remote/photon/milestones/2019-09-RC1: No repository found at https://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/builds/remote/photon/milestones/2019-09-RC1. -> [Help 1]

AFAICT, there is no "9.4" branch.

I've scheduled this release review to conclude on March 18/2020, pending approval of the IP Log.

We only build from the master branch. It looks like the target configuration was
out of date. I've updated it now.
