Project lead(s), if the name of your project has been used by you or your company, and/or if there are any domain names associated with this project that must be transferred to the Eclipse Foundation, please complete the Trademark and Domain Name Transfer Agreement [1] and send a scanned copy to trademarks@eclipse-foundation.org.

EMO IP Team, please initiate a trademark search/transfer.

The Eclipse Foundation values its Intellectual Property and respects the rights of other Intellectual Property holders. For this reason, a trademark search is performed prior to accepting any new project name. This safeguard is in place to protect all parties.

Unfortunately, the name proposed is considered to be too descriptive to function as a trademark name. 

As a result, we ask that you provide up to three new project names, in order of preference, and we will initiate a new search.
