I posted this question to the incubation mailing list and it was suggested I create an bug report...

I've posted a couple of questions to this jakartaee-tck-dev mailing list in the last week and I'm not seeing them in the archive.  I am getting the messages relayed back to my email addresses, so the list processor seems to be working.  But, I'm not seeing the messages in the archive:

I do not see the e-mails in archives after Jan 22 for platform-releng-dev mailing list also:

Looks like the outage a couple of weeks ago resulted in stale lock files for both of these lists, which was preventing the archiver from updating them.  I've cleaned up and checked that nobody else seems to be affected by this.
