Error messages

I can login to accounts.eclipse.org and other services like Bugzilla and Gerrit, but attempting to login to PMI fails. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error messages produced when I open https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.handly and click on the "Log in" link. Can you help me, please?

It also seems odd that Bugzilla shows that I have no ECA on file.

There was an issue with your account but it should be ok now!

Please re-open if you are still experiencing issues.

The ECA issue mentioned in comment 1 seems to be fixed now, but unfortunately I still cannot login to PMI with the same error messages as originally described.

Can you try now?
Comment 5 Vladimir Piskarev CLA 2020-02-22 11:05:59 EST
It works now. Thanks a lot for your help!
Comment 6 Vladimir Piskarev CLA 2020-02-22 11:40:49 EST
I'm sorry, but it looks like some issues with my account still persist. I tried to edit a release in PMI, and got a weird error on save. My changes have been lost. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error message.

Can you try now?

I cleared the cache on the site. Can you update the page now or is it still throwing that same error?
Comment 9 Vladimir Piskarev CLA 2020-02-24 11:27:59 EST
I can update the page now. Thank you!
Comment 10 Vladimir Piskarev CLA 2020-02-24 11:35:59 EST
I have just noticed that commit statistics for https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.handly is broken; it lists no commits for Feb 2020, although there were three by me: https://git.eclipse.org/c/handly/org.eclipse.handly.git. Perhaps this is also related with the same issue or should I file another bug for it?

I would assume that these numbers will update themself the next time we compile these stats.

Wayne, how often do we update the who's involved charts?

The stats have been updated. Thanks!

They're updated nightly. The server that harvests Git data could not connect with the database server; that connection has been restored, so the charts should be up to date now.

Thanks for fixing it, Wayne!
