Greetings. Windowbuilder wants to move to GitHub. Can you take care of making the repo?

The repo has been created: https://github.com/eclipse/windowbuilder  committers that have added their Github IDs to their Eclipse.org account should receive access in a hour or so when the sync tool runs.

Thanks, I have pushed the code. We are ready for the next steps.

Can you close the Gerrit repo?
Can we get the github pull request manager in jenkins?

I've marked the Gerrit repo as read only and have updated the description to point people at Github.

Please file a bug against community->CI Jenkins to connect your build instance and Github.
