People who subscribe the (old PolarSys) Capella forum do not receive notifications from the new forum.
Can you notify the subscribers of the old Capella Forum the change of forum?

This isn't something we do.  When something is moved we post a 'closed, go here' notice and then occasionally we redirect traffic.  In this case there is a large 'This service is archived, use www.eclipse.org/forums' notice on every page, so once the service is officially shut off and redirects to www.eclipse.org/forums, presumably people will figure it out.
