What do you want to use as the source (branch) for the GitHub pages? Master branch, master branch /docs folder or gh-pages branch? If you want to use the gh-pages branch you will need to create it first, before it can be set as the source. The JAX-RS Jenkins bot user already has push rights to the JAX-RS api repo (bot ID is "github-bot-ssh").
