Shorter text is faster and easier to read for our users.
I suggest to shorten the text of the rebuild dialog due to Error/Warning settings changes.

Suggestion:

New: ProblemSeveritiesConfigurationBlock_needsprojectbuild_message=Rebuild the project now to apply the change of the Error/Warning settings?

Old: ProblemSeveritiesConfigurationBlock_needsprojectbuild_message=The Error/Warning settings have changed. A rebuild of the project is required for changes to take effect. Build the project now?
