UI Responsiveness Monitoring sounds weird to me. Maybe we should rename it to "UI Freeze Monitoring"?

"UI Responsiveness Monitoring" looks fine to me but changing it to "UI Freeze Monitoring" will also be OK. If changing, it should also be updated in the documentation.
