I have been getting the following error every time I try to update the Eclipse Marketplace Plugin.  This has been going on for a few months now.  Not sure what to do.

Peter, sorry for the late reaction. 

This looks like a misconfigured or missing update site. 

How exactly did you try to update the Marketplace Client? Through Help / Check for Updates? Or using the Update banner in the Marketplace Client itself? Or just by reinstalling through Help / Install new software?

Could you check that you have the update site for your release configured? "Window / Preferences / General / Install/Update / Available Software Sites" should include http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-03
