We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

I've optimistically scheduled the release review to conclude on September 4/2019.

The Specification Committee vote is expected to conclude on September 2/2019.

I've created the release record [1] and included a rudimentary description of the release. Feel free to edit that description before forwarding it to the PMC for their approval.

Please request PMC approval via the ee4j-pmc list.

Please submit the IP Log [2] for review.
