continuing from bug 38935 -

We would also need to update the tasks/types extension points to be able to 
provide descriptions.

If we get around to fixing bug 193046, this is no longer an issue.

Marking as a dupe of bug 193046 as there is more discussion there about looking up descriptions for Ant tasks using the fully qualified names.
