The Eclipse PMF Project has no committers as of February 2019. The project is clearly inactive, I believe that it's time to terminate and archive the project.

I've scheduled the review to conclude on September 4/2019.

This project had previously participated in the simultaneous release. Let's plan to declare success on this review at the scheduled time, but hold off implementing the archival until after Bug 550716 is resolved.
