I've tried to create a CQ via Eclipse Genie, but it failed and now is retrying every minute and spamming the code review.

I've suspended genie until I can figure out why she's doing that.

You'll get one last notification, then it should correctly set the error state and not keep looping over it.

That is a really good question. I just cleared the error state, and Genie was able to create the CQ successfully. Unfortunately, debug logging was not turned on previously, so I don't know what the error was.

Let's go with fixed for now. This mechanism has worked flawlessly for years. If it happens again, I'll dig deeper.
