Commit: http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.text.git/commit/?id=df69c5815c5638f7be55f5363e6521a11715e280 @Paul, Now I observe that there is nothing listed in Progress view even if searching is going on, is it expected? (In reply to Sarika Sinha from comment #3) > @Paul, > Now I observe that there is nothing listed in Progress view even if > searching is going on, is it expected? I think it's expected and desired. Those search jobs are now system, and since they're in the dialog, it's not really worth showing them in Progress View. If we want progress report on those jobs, it'd be better to place it directly on the dialog. The problem is "Searching..." literally never stops. I don't even have a very huge workspace. Should I create another bug for it? (In reply to Sarika Sinha from comment #5) > The problem is "Searching..." literally never stops. I don't even have a > very huge workspace. > Should I create another bug for it? Yes, I think a separate bug is better for that. Eclipse SDK Version: 2019-09 (4.13) Build id: I20190818-1800 |
