As proposed by Wayne a while ago, and in preparation to moving our main repo under control of the foundation, we'd like a new Eclipse Foundation controlled GH organization be created to host our project's repos.

It seems an appropriate name for this new org might be "eclipse-theia" but other suggestions, if any, are welcome. 

Our plan is to prepare for the main repo move by moving some existing repos we have under the "eclipse" org to the new one, and with the help of webmaster configure the org so it's ready for the big move (e.g. install a few GH apps that will be needed for CI and such).
