Bug 548320 added a new color constant COLOR_WIDGET_DISABLED_FOREGROUND returns the NSColor.disabledControlTextColor(). 
On 10.13 it returns (127,127,127,255) but on 10.14, light theme it returns (0,0,0,63). Setting this color doesn't work as expected for StyledText and other controls.
