Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2019-07-05 15:44:06 EDT
As part of a recent restructuring review [1], we're splitting the specification document development aspect of the Jakarta Server Faces from the Eclipse Mojarra project.

I've created a proposal document to capture information regarding the start of this project; since this is part of a restructuring review, no creation review is required.

I'm using this bug to connect and inform the various parties involved.

Sharon, there will be no initial contribution for this project.

I will initiate the provisioning process shortly. To facilitate (relatively) easy provisioning, I've only added to this project those committers from Eclipse Mojarra that have the necessary paperwork in place to commit on a specification project. Other committers can be added by the project team via the usual committer election process (that a committer has served on a related previous JSR should serve as a reasonable merit statement for a committer election).

Webmaster, a Bugzilla product is not required for this project.
